Hello world!
Firstly I want to write about my toothache, and how my love and thanks for amoxicillin.
Now that's out of the way, I want to get onto the poorer part, as mentioned in the above title.
Today I went shopping with my best friend to get an outfit for another party, yes another!
I ended up buying these amazing pair of wedges out of New Look for 20£ - what a bargain! Black, of course, like most of the things in my wardrobe (sadly!) and a cute little denim waistcoat from Primark - another steal at 12£.
On a more boring note, a sleeping bag for my adventures at V Festival, which is right around the corner! That set me back 30£ - rip off!
Just a little update!
Smiling (as big as my toothache will allow!).

I'm an avid visitor to Asos, mostly "window" online shopping, but sometimes I'll make the old purchase.
Anyway, I was casually looking through the website and came across it's "CURVE" section. I have to say that I don't know how long this part of the website has been up and running but well done Asos!
With fashion usually being the industry which is labelled as "size zero" or "thin" I found this refreshing. Considering online shopping is most likely took under the wing of teenagers this new idea helps target the larger woman/teen.
Having once been a larger girl, but since lost weight, I can understand how teenagers feel when
out with friends, talking about clothes, where they got them from etc... and feeling left out.
Asos is popular amongst teenagers and the fact that girls can now say they visit the same store as their slimmer friends definitely helps boost their confidence.

Now moving onto the actual clothing line itself. I've found that I have taken to many of the pieces which are on offer. Particularly that of the Maxi Shoulder Pad dress (pictured). Taking in the trend of Maxi dresses as well as Shoulder Pads works well to give this dress both a casual, office and night out feel. The practical colour of black allows girls to feel confidence from its slimming effects whilst giving the "I can wear this outfit as many times as I want without people really noticing" - plus black never really goes out of fashion.
Whilst the above jumpsuit embraces the growing floral trend which is evident everywhere at the moment. The peg leg, and bandeau style help give the outfit a stylish summer feel whilst the overall basic underneath colour of black allows the piece to become something which can be carried through towards autumn if worn with the correct knitwear.

Overall I would say that this collection is something that should be checked out by the slightly larger lady and envied by the slightly smaller lady.
Well done Asos!

Hello lovelies! Just thought I'd pop my head into this little place and say hello.
Nothing much has been happening with me, and I haven't really been delving fashion or beauty a lot, which is terrible. I've been too busy living my life a little and hanging out with friends. And in doing so it's made me realise that it really is the small things that count.
Take yesterday I was sitting in one of my friends garden and just laughing, having water fights, the odd tipple, and I found myself really happy and content in that moment. Actually I found that happening a lot to me lately... :)
I've got that out of the way, so expect a new blog soon. I have no idea on what exactly, maybe the newest product I've bought which is a heat protector... Not interesting but it'll be a push in the right direction.
