Rimmel Nude Delight 700 Review

This week's review is that of Rimmel's 700 Lipstick, in Nude Delight. I tend to try to stick to neutral makeup as much as I can considering I really like the whole natural look on the face. This colour seemed perfect for me and for the look which I'm trying to recreate.

Firstly the colour is easy to wear, something that could be slapped onto the lips quickly and your good to go. Definitely a colour that could be taken through from day to night with a touch of clear lipgloss to make the lips pop. The consistency of the product itself is actually very good. Moisturising the lips and gliding smoothly when being applied. The product doesn't have a particular smell or taste to it.

One thing I definitely adore about this range of lipsticks is the packaging. The metallic purple and perfectly matched silver allow the product to catch the eye of the consumer easily when on the shelf and also it's girly! The crown embellishment at the top, iconic to Rimmel products, adds a nice touch.

I would definitely recommend this product to those with a light complexion as it tends to sit next to lighter skin perfectly with ease. I love it!

Currently Obsessed With: Two Finger Rings.

Whenever I think of the two finger ring I always think of Lauren Conrad with her famous "Lauren" ring. But more and more recently I've been seeing two finger rings gracing the high street.

As you can see not only is Lauren Conrad wearing them but many celebrities have also been seen donning these rings - Khloe Kardashian (above), Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas meaning that this trend is not only been caught onto by women but men also.

At the moment I actually only own one of these rings but it has yet to leave my fingers. I'm definitely considering investing in more styles, considering there are so many different ones out there. With this look being thrown around in many Autumn/Winter catalogues I think this is definitely a trend that we'll see around for a while.

Below are a few random questions that I've gotten asked on my formspring. Some of them have been slightly adapted into actual questions as some were just words haha! Enjoy!

1) How do you curl your hair?

I just use my hair straightener. Take no more than an inch/inch-1/2 and just twist in the straightener. There's no real science or magic to it. The slower you pull your hair through the straightener the tighter the curl you get.

2) What's one item of clothing you couldn't live without?

Ever? Probably leggings because you can wear them in so many ways, like with a skirt, dress or on their own. I live in them considering I'm not a big fan of jeans - even though I love jeggings haha!

3) What's your favourite item of makeup?

Mascara as it's the only actual makeup I wear!

4) Favourite accessory?

I adore shoes but nothing beats a huge handbag that you can throw everything into and sling over your shoulder.

5) Why did you start this blog?

I started this blog because my love for fashion, music, makeup and just generally speaking my mind grew. I think having an opinion on things is great and it's what makes people different. :)

6) Favourite fashion trend for Autumn/Winter?

Military. I love how it embraces the colours of autumn. Khakis, browns, golds. It gives structure towards fashion as well as allowing people make outfits casual and smarter with the right item of clothing from the trend.

7) Do you have any spot remedies? Your skin always looks great on photos you post!

8) What staple items do you think every girl should have in their wardrobe?

A coat, because it can make any outfit or a LBD because they never go out of fashion and can always be revamped and bought bang on trend with newly bought accessories and colours within that particular season.
