This to me screams transitonal outfit. Its cold outside hence the jumper and tights but I think it's perfectly fine to wear shorts. Sometimes I'm a walking contradiction. The jumper is actually an item I brought many months ago, probably coming up to years actually and it was a total whim buy. It was stuck in a carrier bag with the label still on up until now when I just pulled it out of a pile and thought it would look okay with the shorts.

Simple outfits are often the best kind because you can actually look better and incredibly stylish when you try less. Less if more and all that jazz. I'm not really a fan of high waisted shorts, mainly because of my body shape, but these were just there to throw on and I just went with it. I'm actually enjoying posting outfits again which is a miracle haha... Hopefully it stays this way.

sunday snap #44.

#1. Today has been a lazy one... I haven't gotten out of my pyjamas and have enjoyed crappy television. I went out last night and had a great time (no hangover) but the next day I can do next to nothing because I'm always so tired. Looking forward to an early night tonight.

#2. I watched Friends With Benefits this week and I have to say Justin Timberlake is amazing. Both him and Mila Kunis can act their socks off and I love a film that has a happy ending, but then again don't we all. It was actually pretty funny, you can't beat a romantic comedy can you? Definitely improved my mood this week which has been on a downer of late....

#3. I finally got around to changing the layout and I have to say I really love this one. It's not quite there yet, I've still got the niggly things to do like add the date and change some of the links, maybe add a border, but all in all it's so much better than what the blog had previously. One thing I like about this one is you can change the colour scheme with ease and keep the overall layout - so much easier and neater!

#4. This week I got the option to enroll into uni... I can't believe that I'm about to embark on my second year already. It really seems to fly by. In all honesty I'm kinda looking forward to see what Uni has in store for me this year but whether that continues depends on whether I enjoy the modules etc... Ask me in about 3 months time whether I still feel like that haha!

These are the trousers I got last year from Primark for £5! Initially I hated them, and I think I still dislike them. The waist band is elastic and I don't think it does anything for the shape of them, or how they sit when being worn. On saying that I think the choice of t-shirt doesn't help either but I was in a rush today with what I wanted to wear.

Hopefully this is the start of many more OOTD posts to come because I think I've found my love for them once more. However I'm not planning on anything especially when Uni starts back up again! Not that I don't love this blog because I do but I really want to focus on my uni work this year and getting the grades that I need.
