Considering that shaping of eyebrows is something that cannot be undone the treatment, if you so will, needs to planned. When it comes to achieving a flattering shape and effect consideration into by eye and facial types is relevant. Achieving the perfect shape depends mainly upon facial expressions, and in order to achieve a polished look great eyebrows are a key element and a somewhat beauty essential.
Firstly what eyebrow shapes are appropriate for different faces:
Rounded:
Suitable for women with larger eyes and wider forehead as rounded eyebrows enhance their features, in this case the eyes. Ideally the eyebrow should follow the frontal brow in a tapered shape.
Angular:
Suitable for those with a round face the angular shaped eyebrow can enhance the face with elegantly shading and contouring of the eye.
Arched:
Flattering for most women due to opening the eye by adding width and expression. Often balances out prominent noses/mouths.
Low arching:
This shape works well with smaller foreheads giving an illusion of more length.
Once the perfect line and shape has been achieved (which may need help to do so) maintenance is the next step. So when maintaing keep these tips in mind:
Wide set eyes - Leave the inner corners of the eyebrow unplucked, extending the inner corners using an eyebrow pencil.
Low Forehead - In order to give more height to the forehead make sure the arch is as low as possible.
High Forehead - Make sure the eyebrow arch is slightly elevated creating the illusion of a lower forehead.
Close set eyes - To make eyes appear wider apart pluck the inner corners of the eyebrow and using an eyebrow pencil extend the outer corners.
Other tips to remember:
#1. Never pluck above the eyebrows.
#2. The higher the arch the more open the eye appears. HOWEVER don't pluck too much in fear of constantly looking surprised.
#3. The eyebrow should follow the line of the bone just above your eyes.
