Beauty Tuesday #3

Stretch marks, often linked to pregnancy or constant weight loss and gain, are arguably frowned upon and can lead to lack of confidence. In today's beauty tuesday I will give some tips, that may be already known but seen to work, and hopefully irradicate this feeling.



#1. Feed your body right. Green leafy vegetables, fruits especially tomatoes, dairy products and organ meats amongst a balanced diet can help keep skin healthy and less prone to loss of elastane.

#2. Drinking water. In order to keep our skin hydrating and to stop is becoming dry which can lead to seperation and loss of elastane water is essential.

#3. Herbal remedies. Cocoa butter, aloe vera and lavender oil are known remedies to help prevent or ease the look of stretch marks on the skin.

#4. If all else fails we have the use of makeup or concealer. There are a variety of shades that can cover up the scars and help blend the skin together.
